Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026
ShuttleHunt ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
Data we collect
- Email addresses you provide when signing up for price alerts.
- Search queries (e.g. pickup and drop-off locations, dates) so we can return relevant results.
- Basic technical information such as browser type, device, and approximate location for analytics.
How we use your data
- To provide transfer comparison results matching your search.
- To send price alerts you've explicitly opted in to.
- To improve the site through aggregated, anonymised analytics.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep the site working, remember preferences, and measure usage. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Third party services
We use Google Places to suggest locations as you type, and Google Analytics for site usage analytics. We use Alps2Alps, Mozio, and other transfer providers to fetch live prices and availability. These services may receive limited data (such as your search query or IP address) to fulfil your request. They process data under their own privacy policies.
When you make a booking, your name, contact details, and travel details are shared with the relevant transfer provider to fulfil your booking. Payment is processed directly by the provider's payment system (e.g. via Stripe) — ShuttleHunt does not collect or store your card details.
Provider ratings displayed on the site are sourced from Google's public business listings.

If you are in the EU/UK, you have the right to:

- Request correction or deletion of your data.
- Object to or restrict processing of your data.
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
