About this route
Lagos is famous now for its coastline — Ponta da Piedade's sea caves and turquoise water are some of the most photographed spots in the Algarve — but it has real history behind it too. Uber and Bolt exist at Faro, but they're not always reliable for a run as long as Lagos. Drivers sometimes cancel rather than make the trip back with no fare waiting, especially in quieter periods. If you're landing late or just don't want the uncertainty, book a transfer ahead of time.
